Do the Fisher Paykel Dryers DGGX1 take twice the drying time of a normal (Kenmore) dryer to dry cloths? I put in a load of towels and after an hour and a half they still weren't dry. My other dryer would have taken about 1 hour or so to completely dry them.

It takes my dryer an average of 4-6 hours to dry a load of towels. A regular load of clothes is about 2-3 hours. What can I do?

Hi,

If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have nottaken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then youneed to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should takeplace. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causesfor your dryer to fail.
