My se k850i has broken many times...i always have to sent the phone for repair because the sensitive touch button and the screen always broken...

Consider using a phone case if you are not already doing so. The slight amount of padding may be just enough to help the phone last longer between service. Results from looking on google suggest that this phone has a tendency to have issues with the touch display. Not much mention of the "mouse" though.

the keypad is faulty. you need to take it a repair centre to get it repaired under warranty.
