Most likely it is the clear rubber hose that connects to that switch. IF you pop the top up you can llok and make sure it has not come disconnected from the side of the outer wash tub.
Top comes up by depressing two spring clips located between top and the front panel and will flip up like a hood on a car.
Follow the clear hose and be sure it is attatched to the tub and that there are no holes or cuts in it any where.
IF the hose is ok and attatched at both ends, then I would replace the pressure switch (load size switch).
Good luck! Hope this helps you.

Cold water will not stop running

I am assuming that you are having a problem with the cold water overfilling the machine. If only the cold water is overfilling and not the hot, then the fill valve is sticking.

If both hot and cold are contributing to the overflow when the washer is set to 'warm', then it is also possible that the fill valve hose (that goes from the tub to the fill valve switch) may be loose or disconnected (or possibly clogged).

I pulled the vacuum hose off of the water fill switch and then put it back on now the washer is overfilling

With the washer empty, pull the hose off at the switch in the control panel. Blow thru it really good to clear any obstructions that may be in the hose or the pressure bulb on the tub. Try to run the machine again on a small load setting. If the machine still overfills, you will need to replace the pressure switch with this part.

Does not stop filling with water

A machine that overfills or underfills can often have a faulty water level switch. It's a diaphragm like device with a small plastic tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. As the water level increases, so does the pressure on the air in the plastic tube and when it reaches a certain level, it activates the switch to shut off the water. Make sure there is no damage to or obstruction in the plastic tube. The switch can be tested using a multimeter or ohmmeter. Check for continuity. A lack of continuity means a bad switch. Really sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.

Every wash cycle FL shows on the screen, I have to extend the spin cycle to get all of the water out.

FL

Flood condition

"FL" flashes if any overfill condition occurs. This condition occurs when excessive water in the tub causes the overfill switch to trip. The control must realize that the trip was due to an overfill condition instead of a suds lock condition in order for "FL" to be displayed.

With an overfill condition, the beeper repeats a warning every 10 seconds with no time out. The pump is cycled in drain mode for 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off until the overfill switch resets or power is discontinued to the unit.

Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display

Check the over fill switch hose for weakness or, damage if the FL code continues. if the hose is ok, replace the Over fill switch..

Occasionally it will overfill

The water level switch is your problem.
Open the control panel and remove the plastic hose from the level switch and blow through it.
Soap and dirt clog the bottom end and prevents the switch from stopping. The water continues to flow because of this blockage.
After you reattach the plastic hose , set the washer to spin and turn it on to reset the switch.

Hot water runs constantly - overfills

This is often, if not all the time, a faulty fill valve, the fill valve has mechanically stuck open and is not fully shutting off when not the washer is not in use. This normally will become worse and could flood over the top of the washer = big mess .... replace the fill valve. The fill valve is the part the hot and cold water hoses are attached to.

When washer is in super wash cycle water will not stop causingthe tub to over fill running onto the floor.

It sounds like you are trying to use the largest water level setting. If this is correct you may have a pressure switch problem.

First turn the timer to spin and get all of the water out, that start a washer cycle with the water level set to the small or low setting and see if the washer fills to this level. if it stops at the low level great Now if it continues to fill and does stop you may need a pressure switch or the hose needs to be replaced that runs from the tub to the pressure switch.

Now set at the medium level and try again. does it stop or over fill?

If it over fills you probably need a pressure switch however before you purchase this, make sure the hose is in good condition one pin hole will cause your overfill condition.
