Turn off win xp

Try pressing CTRL + ALT + ESC and that will start the task manager. Let's say it's Internet Explorer that is causing the problem. Just click on it and click end task. Same thing goes for your problem.

Hi, My acer desktop has the yellow light flashing on the front but wont power up. Ive tried turning it off from the power supply and turning on again but the same thing happens.

Sounds like you are either in standby mode, or your hard drive is damaged and blocking the boot process.
If it's a standby problem, quickly taping the power button should wake it up. If it's a hard drive problem you can disconnect both the hard drive data cable and hard drive power to see if it will power up.

Having a problem with power i try to turn on but only the fan will spin for a quick second then nothing ive tryed a second power supply and still the same thing

try removing all your cards and ram, disconnect all cables but the fan power switch and ATX power and if it still does the same thing, your board has died. If not, plug things back in one by one trying each time. When you find something that makes it do this again when connected, that component is bad.

Wii will not turn on

Make sure when you disconnect the ac addapter that it is unplugged from the wall and the wii or the ac adapter will not reset. It only takes 5 mintues for it to reset once it has been disconnected from the wii and the wall.
