First, there is no model C5900. There is a model C5800. On the assumption that you are having this issue with a C5800 then the problem is media wrapped around the fuser. After cooling you can try to unravel or unwind the wrapped media but you may need to replace the fuser.
From the service manual, doesn't look good.
A technicain will have to look at the printer.
RFID Reader I/F Error
An interface error was detected with the RFID reader device.
01 : communication error between the RFID reader and the engine PCB.
02 : the transceiver circuit error of the RFID reader.
03 : communication error between the RFID reader and the Tag chip.
04 : the RFID Tag detection error (more than 4 chips).
If rebooting the machine does not improve the symptom, you need to
check the device.
That is a fuser erron code. Abnormal temperature. You will need to replace the fuser. Sometimes I have sen a buildup of toner on the thermistor. If you can get to it. You can try to clean the toner off. Be careful. Very hot.
