you can try www.buggypitstop.co.uk they sale parts for Jane. I don't think you can buy the bushs separtly you may need to buy the wheel rim complete with the bushs. good luck
We had a similar problem. You can get replacement axles from the Phil
& Ted website http://store.philandteds.com/parts/index.cat for
US$8.99 plus postage and you can get new bearings (FR8-ZZ Flanged
Bearings 1/2" x 1 1/8") from www.usabearingsandbelts.com for US$7 per
pair including postage. (you'll need a pair for each wheel). If you buy
the whole wheel option (US$39)from Phil & Ted it doesn't come with
the axle and the axle definitely does not come with bearings. ;( Trust
this helps.

I'm guessing this means that you should check with the store where you purchased the stroller to see if they can get the replacement wheels for you. Sorry that I couldn't find an actual order form for you.
this hood cant be brought sepratly or replaced but the best way to get one would look for someone selling the pram old with somthing wrong with it 4 cheap other wise this is a part you can not buy
