I researched your question and you can download the drivers you need to make your web cam operate. This is the Trust official site so you are getting the correct drivers you need. Below is the link you will need to take you there.Either click on the link or copy and paste it in to your web browser then download the drivers you need for the operating system you have here is the link.
I would suggest you unplug the web cam from your computer first, then down load the drivers and install them then if your prompted too plug your web cam back in again. If your not prompted to plug in your web cam wait until the drivers install. Then plug your web cam in a message will pop up saying a new device or drivers are being installed. Once this completes reboot (restart) your computer and you should now be able to use your web cam again.
I hope this helps you out, if it does please leave a YES that I did help you out. Thank you.
to download the Camera Diagnostic Tool and run it to check out your camera and/or problem.
Be sure the camera is plugged into the USB port before running the program.
As you run the program, write down the info about the camera so you will know what model and who manufactured the camera you have attached so you can get the proper software drivers for it. Hope this helps. Bud
http://www.jascoproducts.com/support/software-downloads.asp copy and paste the above line into address bar press enter will take you to site with driver for your cam listed sorry its only for xp not vista cannot find driver for vista
Go to logitechs website and under support select the software for your model and operating system and download and install before you plug in the cam. Hope this helps. Also, google it to find logitech support site.

I e-mailed the company and they gave me an answer. It works because the manual that comes with the camera doesn't tell you how to put the camera in Web Mode. This is a strait copy and paste of their answer:
Please note that you will have to set the camera to PC
Camera mode before using the webcam function. 1. Press POWER/MENU. 2. Press FLASH/SET or 3. Press POWER/MENU to select the icon shown on
the LCD. 4. Press or to select the
icon shown on the LCD. 5. Press FLASH/SET or. . Connect the camera to your computer. Open webcam enabled
application, such as Instant Messenger or Net meeting. Position the came.
the EZONICS PRODUCTS ARE SH.IT 'cause they haven't a web page where support the software I recommend that trash that web cam and buy a new one, a popular web cam where you can download the drivers at any moment without any problem, and remember to keep a copy of your installation disk, you get mad, crazy, tired when you don't find it
