This looks like the camera is either damp or too how, make sure you keep it in a dry not too cold or too warm area, if that does not work then remove battery for 2 hrs then put battery back on camera.

How do I fix/clean moisture dew condensation on my sony hdr-pj10 camcorder projector

Try putting it in a container of uncooked rice for 24-48 hours. The rice will draw the moisture out.

The tape is stuck inside the camcorder, it will not open when I push the eject button.

The link that releases the carriage is jammed - do not force its' release to prevent further damage. It needs to be dis-assembled to correct the link mechanism. The link release is on the side - there is a trick to manually release it, however I do not recommend. The tape needs to be manually retrieved into the transport to prevent damage.

Problem with the Sony Handycam DCR-HC32 Mini DV Digital Camcorder Moisture condensation turn off 1 hour

It can be a tiny dew switch mounted on near the drum motor, Which you can change off values with a resisitor for the fault .
Also if you can blow hot air into the cassette tray this would enable the dew switch to open out.

Use an hair dryer and warm within the set. If it clears wipe off any dew that has set in . Wipe also the head clear with a good swab. if the fault is recurring then clean the dew switch sensor or replace.
This is found inside the loading compartment , a small square block. about 1.5mm. Helpful. Good day
