I have looked at their web site http://global.fossil.com/ and they do not appear to have agents in India! Look at the site for yourself to find your nearest service station.

Hi, don't know the solution for this problem, but i just wanted to say i have the same problem here. And it't the exact same watch. Have you been able to solve it yet?

mcdevito75 here, You should be able to find a Watch repair shop in any Large city in India., You can also check online at Watch Repair, although with this you may have to send the watch out of India for repair.

mcdevito75 here, Sorry to hear of your difficulty with your watch. Do you have anything in writting regarding the repair or inspection of your watch from the repair person (jeweler) maybe your 350rs was the fee just to look and inspect your watch. If your watch is quartz repairs can be very difficult, most times only a new movement can be the fix. If you have nothing in writting regarding the fee for your watch you may be out your 350 rs. Always ask for a written estamate, on any repair job.
