hello there: i dont know if we got disconnected but all you have to do is click on this Canon imageCLASS D780 once this is open just look from the driver section and you will see install or download and go from there ok best regards michael
I just checked on the Canon USA site here, and selected Wndows XP as the OS. The driver presented shows Windows Vista in the file name (D700_PrtDriverV110_WinVista_EN.exe), but the next screen shows that it is compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. I would try uninstalling (if it is installed) whatever driver you currently have installed for your D780, then download and install this driver. Leave the unit turned off until the installation program asks you to connect/turn it on.
