2 Select profile

• Highlight the required profile and press Options.

3 Select settings for incoming calls

• Highlight one of the following options:

• Call alert type, go to 3a.
• Call ringtone, go to 3b.
• Message alert type, go to 3c.
• Message alert tone, go to 3d.
• Keypad tone, go to 3e.
• Volume, go to 3f.

• Press the Navigation key.

3a "Call alert type"

• Highlight the required incoming call alert and press the Navigation key.

• Highlight one of the following folders:

• Default melodies
• Sounds
• Music

• Press the Navigation key.
• If you select Default melodies:

• Highlight the required ring tone and press the Navigation key.

• If you select Sounds or Music:

• If required, highlight a folder and press the Navigation key.

3c "Message alert type"

Navigate to the right with your central button and here you are navigating downwards: 1. - message alert type chooser, 2. - message alert tone, 3. - message alert repetition, 4. - email alert type, 5. - email alert tone, email alert repetition, and finaly, 6. - alert tone volume. first disconnect the green stat wire wire could be bad if still runs change the board on the indoor unit pull board and take to goodman store with model number and serial number its under warrenty they will give new one hope this helps also look at dip switches and instructions to make sure ok
