Yeah! The same problem. I can hardly hear the ringtone and 5 out of 10 calls are missed. A good looking phone but this is nasty. Though a loud ringtone works well but then melodious ringtones do not work.

there must be software problem in your mobile.kindly restart the phone and try now. if you have still same problem kindly format the phone. then your problem gets solved
i think ur not using nokia approved genuine headset accessory . even though some head sets have nokia logo they r not original made by nokia . they cause low sound quality while hearing music and diaphram bets can be heard during playing high bass songs . try with another genuine headset
