Hi,
This problem occurs due to following reason. 1) Your battery has become inefficient... In this case change your battery.. that means replace old battery with new one.
2) Motor which manages lens has been malfunctioning... In this case you have to get it serviced...
3) Firmware of the cam has been corrupted. In this case also you have to get it serviced..(This option is very rare)
Hope this has helped you... Please rate the answer.. Thanks...

Konica C450 Bizhub, turns on, the ok button is orange, then off no lights on the display and the other keys only power shows green and the machine runs.

How did you try to replace the RAM?
Did mess with the small 8 Pin Chip or are you talking about the Memory Stick? Try this procedure:
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON again while pressing the Utility/Counter key more than
10 seconds after.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. Turn off the Main Power Switch and turn it on again more than 10 seconds after, and
make sure that the machine properly starts.

Check the power plug ensure its properly installed. Also remove all the options Document feeder, finisher, Hard Drive, etc. physical and electrically. Then try turning it on. Also might see if a tech can get the firmware for that machine.

My ps3 is not working through the hdmi cable. There is sound but no picture. I've tried in different ports but its the same every time.

Follow these very simple steps to reset your display :-

Step 1.

Turn the Playstation 3 off into standby mode (red light on)

Step 2.

Press and hold the power button. The console will beep when you first press it, then beep again 5 seconds later. Let go of the power button when you hear this second beep

Step 3.

Wait for the Playstation 3 display to initialize.

Your Playstation 3 should now display properly and you can get back to your gaming!

Hope this tip helps you out

When I turn my camera on, the screen remains black and says turn power off and on. Upon doing so, when i turn it on again, it begins beeping and says turn power off and on. But if I go to the view pictures...

Hi,

Error: TURN THE POWER OFF AND ON AGAIN is displayed on the LCD screen when the Lens Mechanism is stuck or when affected by any malfunction. If turning the power on and off again does not resolve the error message, try doing a power reset and Initialize option.

Performing a manual power reset

Turn off the camera.

Remove the battery pack.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.

Reinsert the battery pack.

Turn on the camera.

To reset the Camera back to factory default, press the RESET button located above the PHOTO button which will change all settings back to factory default. The images and videos will not get deleted.

If the issue persists, service may be required.

Display goes blank

I tried Solution #1 (twice) with no luck. But, when drilling down thru the options in "menu" I found one that said "reset" and tried that. Voila! Back in business. Display no longer blanks in 1-2 seconds. Don't know if this only works after reformatting internal memory or not. So, if no luck with "reset" try to reformat then reset.
