I cleaned my oven recently and no matter what temperature I turn the oven too, it cooks way too hot.
I performed a test and set the oven temp to 100 degrees celsius. I inserted a thermometer into the middle rack and after about 20 minutes the thermomeeter read 350 degrees celsius...please help???

If your
burner always heats to "high" when it's on--regardless of how you set
the burner knob--the switch contacts are shorted closed. Check the
circuit for any other grounds, then replace the switch.
