Most Web Cams will NOT work with VISTA !!!
Microsoft forgot to add driver's in Vista for most hardware. r you need to buy a cam specifically for Vista and if you do it will work on other operating systems as well...

Quite a few of these problems are addressed in Windows 7...

I lost my cd for my web cam and my new pc dont reconize the camra Model No.EZ-306 SPCA561A it came with 2 cams Im scared to just start downloading things

maybe you can take off your web cam first, don't make a connection with usb later. uninstall it , and restart your pc . install again without connect the camera. finish it and connect your camera again and if you still have problem you can visit this http://www.mingjong.com.tw/ for find a new driver for windows vista

phillips give us no support for there cam . no downlowds no help thay know alot of there cams do not work with vista but thay do nothing about putting it wright . i my self will never bye phillips again
