Mine does the samething. I'm running 6.1 and have found the problem to be the system fails to read the sd card on boot. When I reset my memory I don't put the sd card in until the system has booted back to the start screen. Works fine everytime.
Restart t-mobil dash smartphone how if they have any websit or something lik that so plz help me guys
Seems you have to do a hard reset, you will lose all the data on your phone and be reverted back to factory settings
If you are locked up and can't get to the Clear Storage utility, turn
the phone off; hold down the two softkey menu select buttons (above the
home and <- buttons); press power on while still holding the buttons
down and follow the prompts on the screen. Timing is critical on the
latter option, so if you miss it once, try again.
1. Press and hold soft1 and soft2 keys.
2. Press and hold power button for around 1 to 1.5 seconds. Release power button. REMAIN holding soft1 and soft2 keys.
3. Instructions will be displayed.
4. Press the green button (the button u wud use to dial someone (on the left side of the home and soft1 keys) **Remember you have to remain holding the two soft keys and then you release it after pressin the green button and then the phone will continue to boot.
5. It may seem that the phone is frozen at the tmobile screen, but wait a little bit and it will go to resetting
6. If it doesnt work, repeat steps 1 to 4.
The timing is critical.
