Usually there are a few small screws that have to be removed, and two locking clips near the top that will release it. The screws are usually under the backspace bar, or one of the longer bars on the keyboard, carefully pry the backspace bar and you'll see them.
in the top right hand corner, there are 3 little bars, click your mouse pointer on it.. click bookmarks or history, you should be able to find them, then open a fav page ad click the star at the end of the address bar, save the page as a fav.

This set has had a problem with the LVDS cable from the Main PCB to the panel. The wires are delicate and the connection is not that great.
Sometimes unplugging and reseating the cable does clear intermitent problems like yours up.
