if you are trying to format your phone, you should have ha data cable, and the software for that unit, so i sudgest that you take your phone in a celphone shop that offer reformat, etc.it wont cost you much for reformat.

U can go to nokia website and click Get Support and Software > Download Software , select ur phone model and it will download the required softwares on ur pc , once done follow instructions on screen and connect ur phone. U will be updated with the new software on ur phone.

If GPRS is not working there must be something wrong wid the settings, contact ur network operator they will tell send u the perfect settings, the settings u wud receive it as a sms once ur receive the sms press save. Ur new settings wud be updated and gprs wud start working.

Press down, don't be afraid to use force. It will go back in eventually unless you broke a clip off. It should be fine.

you have a damaged screen. they generally go black when they have been cracked and the liquid crystal has leaked. the LCD can be replaced, but if it also has a tired battery, it is probably not worth repair. If you want to replace the display,you need the correct tool to remove the screws from the chassis internally, and the new LCD can be purchased from http://cellink.com.au/products/ They have the tools and parts to repair just about any phone. unplug battery for 5 mins. plug back in and before powering on plug the charger to it. if there is a charging indicator light then this will tell you if the connection with your battery is dead. if it powers on then all you need to do is call your provider and they have the phone hand book to walk with you step by step to get what you need. hope this helps

My suggestion is to do what the phone says, it usually means that theres something wrong with your phone and it needs technical assistance.

Hello Kevin try cleaning the contact between the keypad on the flip and the board. And if that doesn't help teh flex will probably need to be replace. Hope that will solve your problem.
