If the pen does that in all pc's then the data is truly corrupted and nothing you can do will fix that. Format the pen, put more data on it and try to read it. If the corrupt message appears again then the pen is dead, junk it.
You can try the link provided; http://windowsexpert.us/Win32Error.html
I prefer using the free program called Ccleaner. Download Ccleaner and install it; http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Once opened click on the registry icon and scan for issues. You want to make sure you're system is free from virus's. Turn off windows system restore before running Ccleaner. After the registry has been cleaned/repaired. Reboot you're system. Try copying data to you're pen drive. Once you're sure the system is running ok. Create a system restore point.

1. Open Notepad and do not write anything in it. Just go to File > Save as (save it with the name: autorun.inf)
2. Copy the autorun.inf file that you have created in the above step and paste in your "Pen Drives"
3. Remove your pen drive.
After removing the pendrive, re-insert in your PC. Now your anti-virus will not detect any virus in your PC. And Your pendrive is 100% safe to use.
