Is that a install from a cd? Is it recent? May I have your oerating system and exact model # printer please? In the meantime, you may want to try going to the printer wizaed. Click start>click on printers and faxes>click on add a printer and the printer wizard will open. Just click next and when it asks do you want it searc for a driver say yes and cligk on internet and your cd drive if you have the cd. It will tell you what to do.
