I love my new phone, the only problem I am finding is that when I use the camera for a few minutes the phone shuts down for about 3 minutes! I have no idea why it is doing this so some help would be geat.
Thanks, I was hoping it would be something easier than that, however I didn't think it would be a simple solution. Thanks, I was hoping it would be something easier than that, however I didn't think it would be a simple solution.

I have a similar problem, but my phone shuts down and stays shut down. The only way to get it functioning again is to remove the battery from the phone and put it back in again.
The phone has been returned to LG repairs Dept' twice (it's still under warranty) . The first time it was returned they replaced the battery, however this did not solve the problem.
The second time they upgraded the software but the fault still reoccurrs.
I refused a third repair and am now in dispute with the company I purchased the phone from. I can't mention their name, but they are registered in Jersey and their company’s name sounds more like a place where you would go to gamble than purchase (I hope this gives a subtle clue to who they are).
The are a dishonourable company to deal with when things go wrong. They are also covered by Jersey trading standards which is not up to the standard of the UK's trading standards and consumers rights.
Had I bought the phone from a UK registered company I would have had a replacement phone or refund by now. But unfortunately With Pl*y.Com I have a fight on my hands as they are a less than reputable company to deal with when things go wrong.
I have my credit card company on the case but don't expect too much from them, although they have been in contact with Pl*y.Com to try to get them to do the honourable thing. looks like it will be the small claims court to get my £300+ money back. I have no doubt I will win the case but OH! the needless trouble, if the company I bought the phone from were honest..I have a similar problem, but my phone shuts down and stays shut down. It's simple , you can purchase lg ku990 viewty unlock code from online unlock code retailer on internet. Then you just need to wait for a couple of minutes and lg unlock code will be delivered in your email complete with details instruction how to insert that code in your phone.
Even thought your phone is unlocked from virgin the software is still a virgin viewity software. your can try and press on the arrows <<<<>>>>> at the bottom of the screen when the come up this will allow you to remove the network label but not on startup that requres a mobile shop to reflash the phone with generic software which will cost up to £25 shop around
take the sim card out and re-insert it, fixed it for me, or try to get something that will push the sim down so that it has a solid contact with the phone
I have a European viewty - got it before it was available in the US- it cannot play itunes. However I did find a program to convert the itunes library and was able to load the Viewty
