Please check your exhaust vent outlet that carries dryer exhaust (warm moist air) for blockage.
This blockage could be any where in the line from the dryer itself, in the line (s) or the outlet leaving the dwelling.
Please let me know if this is the problem, if not, then we will dig a little deeper!

In order to do this task you may need to remove the dryer vent line from behind the dryer. This may be aluminum or plastic. It may be diffucult to access all of the lines leaving your dwelling.
In one case, I found a line that was full of water from rain, and was not allowing exhaust to vent, which causes the dryer to not be able to dry! This was not the homeowners fault, but due to improper installation by the builder.
