Hi i have a oven that says Bassano on it i have worked out it is a milano oven but can't find a user guide or manual for it and i need one or just to know what the knobs mean

Check in your owners manual, if you don't have the manual, take the bulb out and bring it with you. Usually it will take an appliance bulb. You can ask for this where you buy your bulbs

I believe bassano is a type or model name and likely to be little or no use when trying to locate spare parts. You will need more details, including the name of the manufacturer and possibly the serial number as well as the model number.

Appliances, like cars, are often badge engineered - where similar models are produced by the same manufacturer with slight differences in specification but named differently because they are destined for different markets.

You should find manufacturer details in the instruction book or if that is absent an experienced white appliance engineer might recognise the parent company from sight.

If all else fails it should be possible to have a replacement glass door manufactured. A local glazing expert should be able to advise you. Such things aren't cheap but neither are replacement glass oven doors and a manufactured door could even be cheaper, but of course a manufactured replacement will not be painted.

The glass is installed from bottom up.on stoves. Call the company that makes the stove and talk to the service department for the list of parts required (glass and seals). Get the new parts and once you have it, remove the door and place it on a table. Take a photo of the screws location and remove them. Clean the tracks of the door, install seals, glass. Put the screws back.
