My fone reasds my headsets as usb ,why is spilt?

just update your phones firmware using nokia software updater.it will then be fine.it is may be a bug in the firmware which causes this problem.

Hey guy ...when i plug in the headset into the phone,it seem like it can detect it,and there's a signal blinking on top of my phone(USB image).and then it will show use too much of power please plug it...

may be your head set not compatible with your phone, contact support center to check compatibility of your headset

Nokia 6600i slide. The security code was changed and activated. Now keyboard is locked immediately after turning on. I cannot connect handset to computer because USB mode can't be chosen. Please help to...

Where is the headset input of the nokia 6600i slide?

it is the same as the usb port. if its not on the left side, its the one on top. the headset of the 6600 is different from other headsets. it plugs to the usb port of the phone.

This occurs due to the deformation of the cord. You keep wiggling the wire till the phone recognizes it.
This problem develops as the device gets old or by frequent use of headset...

You are trying to connect your bluetooth to your computer using a USB cable? For what purpose? You can charge it that way in theory but is there something else you were trying to do?

Nokia 3230 headset icon can't be removed

If factory settings didn't work,this will SURELY help:

1.Turn off your phone..

2.Press and hold three keys, i.e. Green Button(call answer key) + " * " button + " 3 " button and while holding the buttons boot the phone..

3.Hold till the phone shows the Nokia Logo/formatting screen..

The problem will be solved for sure..

HS-23 Not Being Recognized by Phone

Rub the pins of your headset, and your phone with some tissue paper or something like that.
You might use some cleansining agent like alcohol.

Switch off your phone while doing that.

I too encounter such problems.

Hi, if you want your PC to recognize the phone your using, you will need to install a nokia connectivity first before install nokia pc suite.

Nokia connectivity is a driver that makes your PC to recognize the phone when connected.

When you install the nokia connectivity, install nokia pc suite, and then try it out again. am sure it will work.

Note:Hope the cables are ok.
