Touch and hold cancel/off button until unlock appears on the display.
Press and hold both lock and cancel/off until lock disappear on the display.

To Lock/Unlock Control: The microwave oven and Timer must
be off. Touch and hold START for 5 seconds until 2 tones sound and a lock icon appears on the display. Repeat to unlock and remove the lock icon from display.

first is it under warrenty? if so take back. if not and you want to fix it yourself: how much did u pay. less than $200. maybe trow it away and buy new one. if u paid more and r fixing it yourself, then unplug it from the wall, wait 60 seconds or more then plug in, check display only. do this and respond for more help.
