Look at arms on the top cover were you can put a external flash sometimes they are bent and the flash thinks there is a external flash and won't open. Also if you look under the right side of the hot shoe flash you will see a little white piece sticking up under the arm that recognizes an external flash sometimes it gets dirty, some alcohol and a qtip will solve this. If that doesn't help reset the camera to the original settings. Put the camera in P mode go into the main menu and clear the custom functions and the camera settings and then with your nails grab the flash cover and then use your other hand and press the flash pop up button. Alot of times residue will get in between the top cover and flash cover. Again use alcohol and a q-tip and clean everything under the flash real good. Sometimes the arm is bent under the flash, it should be straight and rest forward slightly if it is bent use a pair of pliers with no teeth and straighting back into place! If none of this helps could you take a pic of the top of the camera with the flash closed and open and maybe I can see what is going on!

Testimonial: "Thank you for help. The pop up has decided to start working again on its own. I'll clean it anyway and if it stops again I'll know what other things to try! "

1. The best thing to do is to factory reset the camera to be sure everything
is in the default setting. Look in the manual or menu to RESET the camera.
2. If this does not work, you can try is to remove the battery and wait a day,
then put the battery into the camera again and recheck.
3. If that does not help either, your camera might need repair/maintenance.

Nokia 7510 flashes 3 or 4 times when I turn it on, but it goes off again.

I've had this happen twice, both times when I tried to quit during a long web page download. Just taking the battery out briefly won't help though. It has to be out for somewhere between 12 and 24 hours. Probably there's a capacitor or a small battery that has to drain in order to reset some volatile memory.

My battery for canon camera 550d flashes orange when charging, its been 4 hours now and it hasnt turned green yet.. I am charging it first time.. is this normal

Okay what happens sometimes is the charger gets into a feed back loop. What to do is remove the battery unplug the charger wait a few seconds (Maybe 20/30) plug the charger back into the outlet and then put the battery back in the charger. It should start to charge again and a few minutes later go to the blinking for full charge green.

It'll happen the other way as well meaning if the battery gets a memory (they say they don't but they do) you need to unplug the battery let is sit till it's cool and put it back on charge again. I've had this problem many times and have put it on charge and back off several times with in 15 minutes before it started to charge as it should.

Also these batteries do have a life span and if it's a three year old battery with many charges it could be failing meaning it just won't take a full charge.

Dell Inspiron 531 (desktop) won?t turn on/boot

You've either got a bad motherboard or a bad processor (I'd lean to the motherboard being bad). I would honestly take this into a computer repair shop and have them check both.

When I press the power button the light turns

hi..
Try taking out your batteries and then taking out your memory card. Put back in batteries. Turn on camera.

If this works, just put back in your memory card and try again. Sometimes the memory card hangs and you need to pop it in and out.

thank u
