How do I transfer pictures to my computer?

The only way I have found so far to do this without using any of those very expensive minutes is to get the most current version of Susteen Datapilot. I think it is v6 or 6.1. Susteen says their newest version WILL transfer pictures & do your contacts also with this phone. They advertise a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for what that is worth? I have been able to access Contacts on mine using other methods, but no photo transfer/access so far. Susteen Datapilot looks to be it for now.

My razor will not send or recieve picture messages?

Attempt to access the internet.

If you are unable to access the internet, it is an issue with internet access. If you are able to access the internet, it is an issue with the picture message settings internally with your service provider.

The internet is necessary for a picture message because the picture is an attachment on the text message. The attachment/picture is downloaded via the internet and without the internet, it cannot be downloaded.

Regardless of whether the phone can access the internet, it will need to be troubleshot by a member of the technical support for your phone company. Contact them at your earliest convenience to have this issue fully resolved.

SD Card causing problems?

The V3m has an inherent flaw with the Sd Micro Memory Card. Installing the card, which fits extremely tight can damage the electrical contacts in the micro chip socket. This can result in low battery life due to a short to metal chassis of phone and not being able to communicate properly with memory chip. I had my first Razr V3m replaced by Sprint after only 2 days of ownership. When I got my new phone I carefully filed the tab on the Sd Micro Chip so insertion and extraction is much easier.
