Print from MS Word 03 & e-mail to P2015dn trouble

As I print from Word to my HP LaserJet, sometimes it does NOT print bolded words and prints the rest of my text, but sometimes it does the reverse. Process of elimination, I can print my whole Word document ok to another printer but am having trouble to this P2015dn.
When printing from an e-mail, portions of the e-mail is missing. I can print my e-mail fine to another printer.
I tested in Excel; printing just fine.
Any ideas?
Thank you, in advance.

Hello,

This could be due to incorrect paper size. We have letter as default paper size in the driver, however, A4 paper size into the application.

Please try the latest drivers (Universal Printing Driver) from www.hp.com/support/ljp2015

Ink rubs off or prints double/messy

Sounds like your fuser is getting ready to stop working. Your fuser creates the heat so the toner from the cartridge is baked onto the paper as it passes through, your toner is rubbing off, so you could try cleaning, but I'm sure it'll be a new fuser, or possibly a fuser roller. Your owners manual has all the information and step by step trouble shooting guide to let you know.

Some fonts are printing in bold

Try replacing your Print Driver on the computer. Think of printers as dumb beasts. They only do things as they are told.

Print from MS Word 03 & e-mail problem

Click this link for updated drivers if you do not already have them.
When you download and install these, if the problem is still there, then you need to go into your printer program and do a printer check and it will print specific characters to show if the printer itself is printing properly.
