When it shows a door error and won't start, that's usually a door switch or door switch mount. My help file on door switches is here.
BUT - assuming your model is the KEMS308SSS01,02,03,04, or 05, it is probably the type that has the overdesigned door sensor circuit, as shown in the diagram below:
In this case, the other likely culprits (besides the door switch) are the 20A fuse, the 15A fuse, the "cavity TOD ("thermal overload device" - thermal cutout / thermostat) and the magnetron TOD.
There
should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit
behind the
control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is
very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating
components.
It also contains the diagram above.
There's a YouTube video
available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly
in under 5 minutes.
Accessing the oven cavity TOD for testing and possible replacement will require you to
remove the oven from the wall.
If
so, the installation instructions are very handy, and it's best to have
two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.

Does not heat food means a problem on magnetron tube and fuse blown in high voltage area. Have it replaced and it will heat again. I hope I answer your problem.
It sounds like there may be a blown fuse. The back of the mw oven will have to be removed to check. Some ovens only have a thermal fuse and not a traditional glass fuse. If that is the case you should call a technician to repair it unless you know how to use a soldering iron.
