Remove the battery off and keep aside from within the mouse. Now disconnect the USB - optical detector to the PC. Shut down the PC . Replace battery once again and power the PC, then connect the USB to see if the mouse is detected.
If not remove off installed software of the optical device and reinsert once again so that it gets detected.
It's not finding your mouse.Try replacing it with a different mouse and see if that fixes it.Don't use a usb or optical mouse, use a serial or ps/2 corded mouse. Post again if it doesn't work and I'll keep trying. Bob
Hi three, uninstall the Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver from the laptop and then restart the laptop again. Now install that Logitech V220 Cordless optical mouse driver again . I am sure its will start working. If not then make sure your batter Is properly fixed inside in the mouse & that's fully charged. After those thing if still not working then visit service center, because the mouse censer stop working and its damaged.
Thanks & waiting for your feedback.
There is indeed a battery inside it, but if you can see the laser, then it normally has enough power. Did you try pressing the PAIR button on the bottom of it? You can also try pulling out the receiver unit from the USB socket and reinsert it.
