Question about Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Pro V7010 Notebook
Hi i have a compaq evo n115 notebook and a dir-301 wireless router but i can't seem to get onto the internet with it apparently i need to search for the wireless but haven't got a clue what to do pls help.
i have a fujitsu/siemens esprimo mobile notebook.i have followed the instructions for the belkin g+ wireless router but cant get it to connect to wireless.what i dont understand is on the leaflet it says you need a usb lead or a memory card it says new laptops or words to that effect already have a memory card(that should be inbuilt am i right) it doesnt tell you why you need the usb lead or what to connect it to(i realise one end should be connected to my laptop).i loaded the dvd and followed the instructions and it said i was now on wireless but im still using my laptop connected to my modem with an ethernet cable modem connected to the router.when i try using the laptop without the ethernet cable modem connected to the router it says on my laptop that im not connected to the internet.where am going wrong, sorry complete computer novice.
