2012 Thor Challenger 36FD; Auxiliary batteries went dead, tv recepticals and generation not kicking on. Charged batteries, but no change. Is there a reset button or maybe a fuse that I might need to...

If the unit has a transfer switch that switched between generator and shore power you need to look at that since nothing is working with the unit plugged into shore power. There may also bee a few battery disconnect switches close to the batteries. In that system there should also be a few inline circuit breakers. If they have tripped they will need to be reset. To determine if they have tripped you will need to look at the circuit breaker and see if there is a small black lever hanging down. If there is, slide it back up and it will lock back into place and should restore power. Without actually seeing the coach and the power configuration it is difficult to determine exactly the problem. Hope this helps.

We're is the fuse on the Jet 3

I hope this helps:
The main circuit breaker is located on the front of the battery tray.
Main Circuit Breaker: The main circuit breaker is a safety feature built into your power chair. When the batteries and the motors are heavily strained (e.g., from excessive loads), the main circuit breaker trips to prevent damage to the motors and the electronics. If the circuit trips, allow your power chair to "rest" for approximately one minute. Next, push in the circuit breaker button, turn on the controller, and continue normal operation. If the main circuit breaker continues to trip repeat- edly, contact your authorized Pride Provider.

Driver's power seat does not work

Are you also having other things that do not have power, such as the radio or power mirrors, or the wireless door locks / security system? I owned a 1996 Oldsmobile product that had the same problem. I discovered that a circuit breaker in the fuse box was being overloaded. The same circuit breaker that operated the seats also operated the wireless remote. Apparently, the wireless remote receiver was getting "hung" and constantly drawing electricity and tripped the breaker. When the breaker tripped, my seats also quit working. Thus I quit using the wireless remote and the seats have worked fine ever since.

Spin cycle trips house circuit breaker on my GE top loading washer

Hello,

The very likely reason the breaker trips only on spin is because the tub bearing is locked up on the washer since it is locked up its causing way excessive friction at the motor which causes the breaker to trip. Can you rotate the tub by hand or does it seem really hard to rotate by hand indicating that the tub is ceased up due to the tub bearing??

I have a Bosch b52l iron, when i turn on the steam button, it cuts off the power, what could it be

It could be the iron itself (it may have a short circuit in it) and the circuit breaker trips when the steam switch is turned on.

Option 1)
Another option is that the entire circuit that that circuit breaker is controlling is overloaded. What other outlets / applicances / lights are disabled when that circuit breaker trips? You may have to iron only when those other applicances on that circuit are not being used.

Option 2a) Your outlet may be damaged and causing your circuit breaker to trip when the high current STEAM setting is set.
- OR -
Option 2b) the circuit breaker is damaged and is tripping too easily. Only replace with a similarly sized circuit breaker (15 amp lis likely but is says right on the breaker).

Try the solutions in that order.

I have 3 bedrooms, each have their own arcfault breakers. i plug in a sawzall and one bedroom trips, fast at the end of the circut an takes longer at the begining. i have chect for shorts, removed and...

Hello. The issue could be with the saw itself. If the breakers are 15A (and for bedrooms, they should be) and the tool draws that or better, then the breaker will trip. The reason it trips faster at the EOL (end of line) is due to the resistance in the wiring itself. The further away from the initial source - the more loss/resistance.

Truthfully, the arcfault function is designed to detect arcing in a circuit. AFCIs disable the circuit immediately if they detect any type of problem (read "arcing") in the circuit. since the sawsall motor functions DUE to acring of the brushes on the motor, your circut is actually behaving according to design.

The final issue could be that the tool IS causing an issue, and may need repair.

Hope this helps.

The display panel is blank, and none of the buttons work. It had been working earlier in the day, but is no longer functioning. Is there a breaker button?

Hi, Check to see if there are any lights working, such as the ones that come on when you open the oven doors. If there is absolutely no power going to the unit, check the household circuit breaker panel that services the oven.
An oven works at 240 volts so the circuit breaker for it will be a double breaker, similar to the ones
electric water heaters or air conditioning units. It may have tripped. If it is tripped, then
the lever connecting the two sides of the breaker will not line up with other breaker switches in the
breaker panel. If that is the case, shut down the breaker completely and then after about 10 seconds,
turn it back on. If it will not stay on, there is an electrical problem in the circuit going to the oven or the oven itself. Hope this helps. Let me know if your need more help.
Best,
Mark

Dacor 30' epicure dishwasher door won't open. i have hit thecure button for 3 seconds and nothi

Hi.

Hold down the clear button for longer, about ten seconds.

Try tripping the circuit breaker, or disconnecting power cord for about five minutes.

If the appliance is still not opening, then the tub is probably filled with water, or the door lock solenoid is broken.

At that point you many need to call the service number listed on the owners manual to get a repairman.

The tub is emptied accessing the drain hose underneath the dishwasher and disconnecting it from pump.

My ac circuit breaker keep tripping

If your outside condenser has a locked rotor or short circuit, than the unit WILL trip the breaker - as it should. On the other hand if a breaker is tripped a few times it will have less of a capacity that the rating, (this is designed in it). You will need to determine if the unit is locked (and broken) or the breaker has become too sensitive.
