I lost my mobile nokia 3110c in college
Unfortunately, cell phones can not be pin-pointed to their location. If your cell phone is turned on and has GPS, then maybe. But if your phone does not have GPS, chances of finding it are slim unless some nice person finds it and gives someone on your contacts list a call. The main problem is, if your phone is off, there is really no way to find it. It would be like trying to track down a rock. I am sorry that I could not help very much. Hopefully you can find a new phone on ebay! Maybe claim that it got stolen on your home owner's insurance so they cover a new phone!

There's no possible way to track down where you unit location as of now, unless you network provider have this features to search trace where's your unit.

You better call yur network provider regarding on this.
