Why will my lawn mower not stay on. It will turn on for a few seconds. We have use the jump start fluid. It will continue to run for a few second more and then die out. We have done a complete tune up last month.

spray carburetor cleaner (NOT STARTING FLUID) directly into carburetor if it runs for a few seconds if so carburetor needs cleaning and if not a rebuild done
If the mower was tipped it is quite possible oil from the engine has traveled up the breather and soaked the air filter in oil, this would richen the engine up and stop it running, remove the air filter and check for oil saturation.
Maybe the engine is running with the fuel from the primer bulb (about few seconds), the carburator is not working and need to be removed checked and cleaned, the most common fail is a jet clogged.
its probably in your ingnition switch, grab the switch and turn it right the turn key I had the same problem and that fixed it. It also wasnt starting and it was the same problem the switch is lose.
Immediate thought is that something got ingested into the needle feeding the carb. Might have to remove the carb and clean it out thoroughly to maintain fuel flow through the engine. Generally if it runs a few seconds and shuts down then it is running off the initial burst of fuel and then starving out for any more from there.
