It seems that the SIM has got locked and now the only solution is to get a new SIM. Please call up the helpline of your service provider and ask for a new SIM. Use a friend's phone to call up the helpline.

call idea customer care by any other idea user and ask for your puk code by telling them the numbers on the other side of your sim card and your sim contact number............
they will tell you your puk code...........
you can only get your puk code from you sim carrier company visit their service centre or cll their helpline and ask for you mobile number's puk code.but first try 0000 may b it will work coz most companies have puk code 0000... Dont forget to rate plz thnx
pin number for sim card? when you turn the phone on it asks for pin code and you don't know the pincode? tryed default codes? is this new sim card? possible default codes are 0000 or 1234 also if you enter the pin code wrong too many times the sim card will lock and ask for puk code, to get puk code call your phone service provider, with puk code you can reset pin code.

plz call to airtell coustmer care and tell them to give u puk code and give them ur conformation of adderess and after that they will give u a puk no &after put the puk no u will put pin no of ur choice and conforme it . thanks
