My e270... Hi this evening I dropped my player and now the backlight on the screen doesn't work. It still plays, but I can't read what is is playing and I can't jump to pictures or video because I can't see...HELP!!

I think you's screen is gone bye-bye. More probably, a couple wires came disconnected. I'm not saying to drop it again or fiddle with the wires, but I don't think it is something you can easily fix. If you feel confident, open up teh back.
