Are you referring to an intrusion alarm that is enabled on your Dell computer? If so, we will need the model and service tag number of that computer in order to assist you.

    Thank you

    BJ

Dell doesn't manufacture or brand motherboards. They use 3rd party motherboards like Intel.

We would stand a far better chance of being able to assist you if we knew the computer model number and serial number that this motherboard is installed in.

And, what symptoms you are experiencing or goal you wish to achieve by changing the position of this switch you are referring to.

    Hello billiejo

What does this switch that you are referring to do?

I think your post got truncated and we didn't get what you intended to come after "motherboard".

    Thank you

Does anybody have the specs for the Dell 03C6YH motherboard please

Michael Bowry,
I will need to know which computer system you have in order to view the specs of the motherboard. My database does not provide that information. I can only see the specs of the motherboard only with the system model.
Thank You,

Would a Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Dual-Core CPU 2.4GHz Socket LGA775 1066MHz 4MB be compatible with a Dell 530s?

you need to know what motherboard you have. If you download a free program called Belarc and install it it will give you all the information about your pc. Once you know what motherboard you have then just google it and see what cpu's are compatible.
