The origional remote is no longer available. However you can get the phillips universal remote at the following link. This is one of the best universal remotes available and easiest to program and will work 3 different items. This company ships for free

My original remote with this model stopped working several months ago.I bought a phillips universal remote and that worked fine for several months and that stopped working.I bought a new Phillips...

The first possibility is that the new remote control is a dud out of the box. It can happen. Another possibility is that the remote sensor in the TV has failed. Then the remote is transmitting, but it's not being picked up by the TV. (The lights are on but there's nobody home.) If you can, return the new remote to the store and exchange it. Then, if the set still doesn't respond, you'll need to replace the remote sensor.

Cs-27ex1 sound but no picture

Write to or e-mail the manufature and tell them what your prolem is nomaly they have techs. that will e-mail you back. On units I have worked on in the pest this is all most always coused by a bad cap. If this is a ongoing problem with this modle the factory tech should be able to tell you whith parts have to be replaced and the exact location. hope this helps.
