How to clear history of tabs and margins to start over on the Brother GX-6750

Unfortunately, I don't think you can reset all of the margins and tabs at once. To reset a specific margin, move to that margin and then press ALT and the 6 key simultaneously. (That's the Margin Release.) If you are resetting the left margin, press the backspace (or space) key until you reach the new margin location. Then press Alt + 7 (L Margin) to set the new margin. For the right margin, press space (or backspace) until you reach the new margin location. Now, press Alt + 8 to set the new right margin location.

You can clear all of the tabs by pressing and holding Alt + 0 (tab clear) for over half a second.

The manual for the GX-6750 is available from Brother on the product support site: http://www.brother-usa.com/support/ModelInfo.aspx?R3ModelID=GX6750 . Click on the Manuals & Documents tab. The direct link to the manual (in English) is http://www.brother-usa.com/VirData/Content/en-US%5CTypewriters%5CConsumer%5CUsersManual%5CUM_AX325_GX_6750_EN_5674.PDF / The procedure to set the margins is on page 2. The procedure to set the tabs is on page 5.

I hope this helps.

How to set right/left margins on brother AX110 electronic typewriter?

space or backspace to the place where you want the left margin. You may have to use the margin release key to go past the present margin. When you get the carriage to where you want the margin, depress the left margin set key. Some have L mar and R mar keys, also some use the code key and another key to set.
