You will have to contact your Service Provider to re-use that sim number.

If it is postpaid, probably u may get it free, on basis of regular payment history and good track record.

My sim card 03316251311 is rejected and how can u issuse?

Sim cards are for cellphones and are not readable on the laptop as far as I know. The card readers on the laptops are made to read SD and XD type cards not sim cards. Also there are some card readers that read multiple formats of cards that plug into the usb port, maybe you need something like that to read the sim card.

you should try using you sim card on a different phone. If it still says sim card rejected, then you need to call your cellphone service provide to check the provisioning of your cellular service. but if your sim card works with a different phone, then it is possible that the sim card holder of your current phone is loose or damaged. you must have it checked by your local cellphone repair center.
