My Coby Mp3 model MP-C7095(2GB) turns on but it doesn't enter in the mainmenu. It only Shows "Coby" and then it gets stuck it won't even turnoff. I've tried connecting it to my computer and when I do that, the screenturns white and then it gets stuck again. I just got this Mp3 , it has only 2weeks and already it has problems . How can I resolve this? Please help me!

If you have the user manual, check and see if there is a "reset" method - this will turn your player off when it freezes.

Then, hold in the volume + button while the player is off, and connect it to your computer - after continuing to hold the volume + button for several seconds, a Windows XP enabled computer will load the missing drivers. It should pop up a window that says "Found New Hardware wizard: Recovery Mode"

Finally, you can try reformatting the player in windows Media Player. connect the device to the computer, and bring up the drop-down menu underneath the Sync tab - select your player, and select "Format player"

You will most likely need to get a firmware upgrade from Coby's website www.cobyusa.com, although I had a difficult time finding your exact model number - their cust svc may be able to direct you to the right place.
