I can't get on the internet to talk to my grandkids with my web cam how do I do it?

Setup :
*NOTE: DO NOT connect the camera to your computer before installing the software.*
To install the software, insert the Logitech camera software CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive.

You can download the latest vista drivers from here, this link will give you the instructions on how to download the drivers with the images.

Using the CD :
The Setup screen should appear. If it does not, please perform the following steps:
Click Start and then Run.
Type D:\Setup.exe and press the Enter key.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Using the Downloaded file :
Double click on the setup file.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
After the computer reboots, the driver installation for the camera will start. Do not connect the camera until the setup prompts you to connect the camera cable to your computer.
While the driver installation progresses, remove the camera and camera base from the packaging and mount the camera on the camera base.
When prompted, plug the camera into the USB port. You should see the following diagram to let you know where to plug the camera in:
After the installation is complete, the camera should be ready to use.
We have done the drivers installation which are needed by the computer to ecognize the camera.

I have a brand new computer (HP) Windows Vista. And i have an old logitech QUickcam Pro3000 webcam. and last week i was able to download a drive and i was able to use it but yesterday something happened to my internet explorer that the HP had to reset evrything and i don't have a back up..so i lost everything. Now i can not use my webcam and my logitech table stick mic.
