My Casio SPF-60 watch appears stuck on the Alt-Depth-Barometer screen and seems to be timing something. When I push three of the buttons, nothing happens; when I push the other, I get temperature. The word "Recover" is flashing on the screen. How can I reset this to function normally, so I can see digital time and the timers, etc.?

Your Watch is in Auto or demo mode. Hold down the "Mode" button for 3 - 5 seconds and it will return to time keeping mode.

The best would be to start with the battery check (must be full power) and full resetting of the watch.

Perhaps you have not instructed it to start recording?

I cannot gain access to the instructions for you watch as the site require me to enter the watch number.

If you have not got the instructions, go to "casio.com", select "support" , then "manuals", then "watches"; agree terms and conditions; select "archive...".

Enter the number off the back of your watch and download instructions.

I have replace the batteries and after assembled the mode and adjust buttons are not functional.
I've had the same problem with another Casio watch and in my case I didn't place the inner parts of the watch exactly right. This must be done very precisely, otherwise one or more button functions don't work. Maybe it is worth a try to check the alignment of the inner parts of the watch.

I dont know how to turn the alarm off on my casio protrek triple sensor watch and it alarms each midnight!?
Scroll through the screens until you get to the alarm screen and select the barometer button to turn alarm on and off.do not go into edit mode.

I suspect there is water leaking in to the sensor unit circuit located just behind the sensor. The Casio service would change the sensor, and all the gaskets in the watch. Then do a water pressure test on the case and etc. to make sure no leaks. I do not think you can service this yourself. You would have to know exactly the parts to buy and have the tools, and the pressure chamber to verify the gasket seal performance.

You should send it to Casio with a copy of your complaint. Look up Casio on the Internet and choose your country. Go to support to find the service address and instructions of where to send the watch. If you email them it can take a few days till they respond. They will send you the specific instructions. Their service is terrific. I own a number of their high end watches. In fact I have one with them being serviced. Sometimes I have broken the glass because I am rough with my watches at times.

Vivani watch has multiple dials and buttons but no response
Yeah I have the same kind of watch. The three small dials are ornamental and nothing more (this is obvious because their denominations are 60, 60, and 24, instead of something useful like 1-12 month, 1-31 for date, and 7 days of week). The extra two spring buttons are probably the same... nothing but ornamental. You could verify this by taking the back off the watch and seeing for yourself that they probably press nothing at all. Are simply there for maybe some other design where the case is uses,to illuminate the dial or other thing not on the watch. Vivani watches seem to be simple watches that are very ornamental and pretty (i.e., dress watches on the cheap) but completely lacking in features at all.).

Problem with casio sea-pathfinder watch
For all Casio watches go to www.casio.com select "Support" then "Manuals" then "Watches".
You will then be able to enter the 4 digit number in the square box to get the manual for your watch or module inside is actually what the instructions refer to.

The problem of changing functions automatically is called "Auto Display" and can be stopped and started in Sea-Pathfinder SPF-40 (modue 2273) by pressing the bottom left button for 3 seconds.
