Try to go to the manufacturer's website. Manufacturer's usually provide device drivers for download.

Check on esupport.sony.com for any available driver updates for the bluetooth software. Otherwise, installing the driver again from the Sony site should fix the issue.

www.sony.com go to support/downloads and search for the bluetooth driver then download it making sure that you get the correct one for the operating system that you are running eg:-

is it xp or vista or windows 7

Yes, there maybe miss a driver of bluetooth. install it, and it will work well, If you use Window xp, you should install driver first

you need to download the bluetooth drivers for the vaio, it wont work without them installed. Find them at www.sony.com
