While using the laptop surfing the web the screen just went white. I switched off and waited for a while but the same white screen. Even after 12 hours its still the same. Any ideas? The pc is just 14 months old and yes just out of guarantee! Beverley

Hmmm there are a number of reasions but you can try some,

Boot your lap in Safe mode:

• Switch on the laptop then press F8 till the Windows boot option menu appears. From that menu select Safe Mode, if it works then no serious problem Just install driver for display and........ njoy
