My Asko Front load washer model W6021 Prewash

My Asko Front load washer model W6021. Prewash water will not shut off. Have tried unpluging and pluging back in, tried different settings, finally shut water off and finished cycle. Even when unplugged and open front I turn water back on and it will run out the prewash. I am also looking for a shop manual to download.

Asko W6021 would not fill with water

Our W6021 front has had a couple of instances where it would not start the fill cycle as usual. Normally it would be switched on,the relay would operate and the water would begin to enter the bowl. We tried a number of things including checking the hose and inlet filter for blockage. We then checked the outlet drain pump trap and found a coin and a drill bit lodged in the entry hole to the trap. Once the foreign objects were removed ,the machine operated as normal once again. I will be very careful in future to empty my pockets of metal things.

I have an ASKO W6021 Quattro 1200 RPM. It does not complete the wash cycle. If I turn the know to rinse, it does rinse and completes. I tried it without any clothes in it and it does the same thing. I also...

Check that the cold water is turned on. The washing machine uses cold water to rinse, and if the cold water is not on, unit will end without completing cycle.

Asko W6021 Front Load Washer error detected "F3 Outlet Blocked". How to solve this problem?

The drain access is at the bottom left of the washer. Insert a screw driver in the right side of the cut-out and and gently pry open. Open the drain pump. You will need a small container and a towel to help catch the water that will be coming out. After letting all the water out, clean out any objects in the drain pump. After cleaning out drain pump, put everything back together and restart washer.

Lost water pressure temporarily, now water valve will not shut off in between wash cycles. broken valve? replace? reboot??

You will probably have to replace the fill valve. when you lost then regained water pressure debris must have gotten into fill valve not allowing it to seat properly and shut off the water flow

Washer not spinning properly

Hi, there may be excess water in the water reservoir. Empty the washer Turn it off at the mains, and unplug it, then put some old towels on the floor, tip the washer forward until the excess water comes out. Reconnect and try again.
