Please, go HERE for the Brother MFC (Multi-Function-Center) 3220C downloads.
In order to get your computer to recognize the MFC, you'll need to install its "drivers".
In Step 1, click on DRIVERS
In Step 2, choose your "operating system"
In Step 3, choose the language you'd prefer
Now, click the blue "SEARCH" button at the bottom.
Click the "MORE INFORMATION" link to the right of the download you'd prefer.
If you just want the drivers and not the "bundled" software as well, click on the MORE INFORMATION link in the FILE column under WHQL CERTIFIED PRINTER DRIVER & SCANNER DRIVER FOR USB
I am making the assumption that the MFC is directly connected to your computer via an USB cable.
If it isn't, (if it is on your network instead), click on the MORE INFORMATION link under ADD PRINTER WIZARD DRIVER.
If you'd like the drivers as well as the bundled software, then click on the MORE INFORMATION link under FULL DRIVER & SOFTWARE PACKAGE.
Carefully read the instructions at the bottom of the resulting page then click the blue DOWNLOAD button in the FILE column on the far right.
If you need any assistance at all getting the software/drivers downloaded and installed and your MFC functioning, just let us know.
Hold off on assigning ratings for the experts' contributions until you're all set and have no further questions. Once you assign ratings, the problem will be automatically closed and we can no longer assist you.

why can't you download the above driver?
Call the following phone number and tell them that you need the cd and they can send you it since for some reason you can't download the drivers off of the internet which is the same thing as having the cd. Please let me know if you need any further help.
