Initially you have to download sata driver for the model of your laptop from the manufacture website. You more than likely need to download and install the driver. You do not list the exact model you have. Here is the driver for the CS120. Make sure this is the correct driver before downloading. If not look for the correct one for your model.

if you can find driver for xp, download it, right click, properties, run in compatibility and select xp. install it. it should work. where it installes change the exe file in the same way as the setup file
