The phone got wet when splashed by pool, now front buttons do not work except power/end button. inside works fine. is there a solution to this. and wont hold a charge long anymore. lg env2

Is it android? If so with phone off hold power button and volume up till splash screen appears then let go of power button but continue volume up...should come up with choice to wipe data...use volume to go down then other volume to enter. If that don't work repeat except hold power and volume down then when splash screen comes on let off power

open up the power box see if still wet dry out make sure communication plug is dry then power everything down reboot and try again if it doesnt work the main board in the pump is no good

it got wet and you are asking for help to fix it? maybe go to a nearby swimming pool, dunk it there for five hours and see if it works.

hey, i had the same prob but i didnt go in a pool w mine lol, it was exposed to moisture tho....when i would plug mine it it would show the blinking red bat and say it was charging but when id unplug it it was still effing dead! haha so i connected it to my comp and it worked fine, it was somehtign w my charger, but in your case i think its mst likely the part inside your cell where you plug it in to charge, maybe something got wet inside their..and my warranty is void aswell ahah, this phone sucks!!! but yeahh im just guessing that may be the probb

Got warranty? if not take it apart and dry it best you can.

If you keep trying to use it while its wet its going to get worse and worse and finaly stop working.

what you should do first is have the firmware on the phone reflash , then if that does not work then you can buy a new phone.

So, get the battery checked.
