It's in a table of allowed numbers. If you're familiar with the system, you ought to be able to find where 800 and 888 are allowed. Just add 877,866 and 855 as entries.
If ARS is implemented, you'll find your entry in the 700 table, maybe :-)

Need a tech to come out there. Is it a comcast phone or a comcast phone line. Comcast line you need to connect it to a LS/GS trunk port. You my need some programming.
Negative, the SX 50 does not support CID. You can upgrade the Mitel or use a CID Multi line interface to a PC. Here is one such model. http://www.callerid.com/
